What a beautiful mistake he was!!
Created by a sheer accidental over order of marshmallows I needed to use them up and hence thought a marshmallow cookie - why not! Well it was approaching the summer of 2017 and with Christmas on my mind I batch tested the recipe and the result was a gooey melted mess and instantly thoughts of a melting snowman in the hot Aussie sun sprung to mind.....our adorable little Melted Snowman Cookie Mix was born, along with his two other friends in our Friends of Christmas Range.
