It is a long standing tradition in our household that we smash apart a Gingerbread House on Christmas Day each year. We make and construct our Gingerbread House and decorate it from scratch then gain much joy and laughter from tearing it to pieces scrambling over who gets the biggest bits...lol. It is something that I started many years ago with our children and has become a must have at our Christmas table.
In lieu of creating a gingerbread house mix (as that bottle would be way too big!) I have created this Gingerbread man Cookie Mix instead which has become just as much fun to bake and decorate as an entire house is.
We even supply you with some PINK choc drops and white chocolate to melt to decorate your gingerbread cookies with - it's the perfect Christmas activity or sweet treat to have on hand.
